Returns & Refunds Policy

At Unstitched Store, we strive to provide high-quality unstitched fabrics to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order if:

• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The fabric has a major defect

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and product photos.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned with its original packaging
• Return requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:

• Bank transfer
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa
• Store credit

Refund processing may take 3–5 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
